Pre-K 3 Teacher
Under the direction of the Lower School Division Head and Head of School, the Pre-K 3 Teacher will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for three-year-old students.
The teacher will create a nurturing environment that supports the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth of each child. Responsibilities include supervising students in various school settings, monitoring development, and maintaining open communication with students, families, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will develop and adapt instructional plans to meet the needs of early learners while maintaining accurate records and following all required procedures and best practices

Instructional Assistant
Under the direct supervision of the lead teacher, the Instructional Assistant supports classroom instruction to help meet educational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include assisting with student learning, providing classroom support, and covering for lead teachers during meetings such as parent-teacher conferences, child study, and eligibility meetings. This role may also include PK4 classroom coverage in accordance with VDOE regulations and required staff-to-student ratios.
